Rocket Popsicle Mold

Summer had officially been underway and I have been finding all these delicious recipes for popsicles which seemed perfect for these hot days here in miami. Only problem was I didn't have a mold!  I found these fabulous "rocket" molds at bed bath beyond for only $10!!

What a bargain.. they look like the ones from the ice cream truck!
